Welcome to your employee portal! As a First Choice Home Care employee, you have important resource for information about FCHC that affects your employment. From calendars, to admin contact information, education and more, the Employee Portal was created with you in mind.
To enter the "Employee Portal" click on the Log In/Sign Up. You will be asked for your User Name and Password on the next screen. In the event you do not have a User Name or Password you will need to Sign Up to create an account. An email notification will be sent to you as a new member as soon as you are approved.
